Presale orders will be shipped out every week starting August 8. This allows time for  our small team to carefully process and package your order. 

Orders containing merch with our 2023 performing artists and bands will start shipping September 12 to provide the most complete and up-to-date line-up. Consider ordering these items separately if you’d like to receive your other items more quickly.

Your HSB Presale merch order will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail from Sebastopol, CA.

It may take between 1-6 days for our small team to process and ship your order. We will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Once shipped, UPS Ground normally takes 1-3 business days for West Coast and Mountain destinations, and 3-5 business days for Central and East Coast destinations. This can vary depending on weather, shipping volume, and other local factors. Remote areas may require additional delivery days.

Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail normally takes 1-3 business days for delivery. This can vary depending on weather, shipping volume, and other local factors. Remote areas may require additional delivery days.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any Hardly Strictly Bluegrass merchandise. All sales are final. Our little pop-up store only exists for just under 8 weeks until we shift our focus to building the festival merch stores, and we are unable to handle returns or refunds.

Please refer to the size charts on each item page for help selecting the correct size. If you are uncertain of your correct size, consider purchasing at the festival where you can see the garment prior to purchase. We are happy to help you out in person at the park, stop by & say hello.
